About Sarah Dacey:

With over 25 years of coaching experience, I am a people-first coach who believes great

teams are built on trust, connection, and a culture where players compete for each other.

Holding an Advanced National Diploma with distinction from United Soccer Coaches and a

US Soccer C License, I was honored as a 2-Time Sunshine State Conference Coach of the

Year in 2018 and 2019. As a former multi-sport athlete at UNC, I earned 2x All-American

honors in lacrosse, won three national championships in soccer, and competed in two NCAA

Final Fours in lacrosse.

My coaching philosophy blends high standards, accountability, and a championship mindset

with a deep commitment to developing both the person and the player. Clients can expect a

warm, honest, and supportive approach throughout the recruiting process, with clear

guidance on highlight films, coach communication, evaluations, and next steps. With more

than 20 years of college coaching experience, I understand what coaches are looking for

in today’s evolving recruiting landscape and take pride in helping athletes and families feel

confident, prepared, and excited throughout the journey.
