With 18 years of coaching experience and as a 3-time WNBA Champion, I am passionate

about developing complete athletes both on and off the court. I believe basketball is a

powerful tool to teach discipline, accountability, confidence, and life skills that extend far

beyond the game. My coaching approach is built on growth, structure, relationships, and

helping athletes compete at a high level while carrying themselves with character
