With 18 years of coaching experience and as a 3-time WNBA

Champion, I am passionate about developing complete athletes both on and off the court. I believe basketball is a

powerful tool to teach discipline, accountability, confidence,

and life skills that extend far beyond the game. My coaching

approach is built on growth, structure, relationships, and helping athletes compete at a high level while carrying themselves with

character.

I bring professionalism, consistency, and accountability to every

session while creating clear, structured development plans that eliminate guesswork and build strong habits. I emphasize

game-real development, focusing on decision-making, pace,

confidence, and basketball IQ that directly translate to live competition. Outside of coaching, I’m committed to continuous

growth by studying the game, learning new player development

strategies, and finding better ways to serve the athletes I work with.
