About Cassandra Goodson
Cassandra Goodson brings more than 20 years of experience in collegiate athletics and an
insider's perspective on the college recruiting process. She spent nearly two decades as Head
Men's and Women's Cross Country Coach at Florida Gulf Coast University, where she built and
led NCAA Division I programs and recruited student-athletes locally, nationally, and internationally.
Throughout her coaching career, Cassandra developed conference champions, All-Conference
and All-Region performers, NCAA qualifiers, and school record holders while maintaining a stong
focus on academic achievement. She also served as Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant
Track & Field Coach at the University of Southern Mississippi and held leadership positions
within collegiate athletics.
Today, Cassandra takes a holistic approach to recruiting and athlete development. She helps
student-athletes and families navigate the recruiting process while focusing on training,
academics, communication, mindset, nutrition, healthy habits, and preparation for the demands
of college athletics. Her goal is to help athletes find the right fit while becoming confident,
prepared, and successful both during recruiting and after they arrive on campus.
